About Riverside

Riverside is one of the smaller cities in California, but that doesn’t mean it’s tiny by any stretch of the imagination. The metro area is home to half a million people. Once a boomtown in the Age of the Railroads, today Riverside is a much more blue collar kind of community. Poverty levels sit around 30%, and the household income is right around $50,000 a year.

The population of Riverside has been growing over the past decade, however. More and more people are attracted to its location and cheap real estate (by California standards, anyway). Plenty of people need the help that nontraditional lenders offer in Riverside, which is why there are so many of them here!
