Title Loans Costa Mesa

What You Need to Know

Costa Mesa has grown significantly by leaps and bounds since its rural farming days. Today, more than 110,000 people call Costa Mesa home. While the city hasn’t really taken off as far as business and industry are concerned, it is very much an “edge city” with an economic base built on retail, commerce, light manufacturing, and car title loans.

Most borrowers in Costa Mesa claim to use title loans to cover farming and living expenses.

The majority of the people living in Costa Mesa are middle-class. Most of the residents are employed in the retail or service industry. These industries are particularly conducive to those looking to take advantage of short-term and title loan opportunities, of which there are many in the Costa Mesa region.

Nearby Locations

The presence of the Santa Ana Army Air Base just outside of Costa Mesa proper has helped set up quite of few of these title loan organizations as well. In fact, the majority of the best title loan services are going to be based right next door to this military installation – including title loan services like Top Lender Title Loans, Title Loans Express, and TitleMax.

About Costa Mesa

Before incorporation in the 1950s, Costa Mesa was little more than a small collection of homes and businesses that serve the surrounding area – particularly those in Newport Beach. The railroad line that ran through Costa Mesa was wiped out in a flood in 1889, causing the city to shrink significantly. It wasn’t until the Santa Ana Army Air Base was established in World War II and that the permanent population of this town really started to take off, with thousands of individuals training at this base before heading over to the Pacific theater.
