Your data is safe with us! Titlelo uses 128-bit encryption to protect all information that is submitted through our website. Check to make sure there is a padlock beside our web address in your URL bar to verify the site's security.

Even with these precautions, we understand that your data is important and never ask you to share more than what we need to get your loan approved. The privacy and security of our customers and their data is our top priority. If you have any other questions, you may review our privacy policy or contact us!

Little Eagle car title loans made simple.

Titlelo has simplified the loan process into two clicks (or taps) on our website. No lengthy documentation, credit reports, or employment check. Submit a short application and receive your pre-approval in seconds.

Titlelo will pair you with a lender that offers the best terms and rates for you. As long as you are at least 18 years of age and have a vehicle title in your name, we can offer options to secure a loan. Titlelo has no restrictions on the age or mileage of the vehicle, and we do not require the VIN for pre-approval. The loan amount will be dependent on the value of the car, rather than credit history, and you can borrow all or some of the approved amount.

Keep your car while you pay your loan.

Getting cash for your title in Little Eagle is a great way to keep "business as usual" while working to support all of your expenses. Even though your car is used as collateral for your loan, you never relinquish possession of it. This is not the case with auto pawn loans, which do require possession of your vehicle while using it as collateral on your loan.

Your mode of transportation is crucial to both your quality of life and financial success. With a title loan, you can continue driving to work and school, pick up and drop off kids, and run errands while managing your loan payments.

Depending on your desired loan amount and preferred payment schedule, you could have the loan paid off within one month. Some may need a little longer, and in those cases, it is even more necessary to retain access to a vehicle while earning income to manage expenses. Whether you wish to pay the loan off quickly or in installments, Titlelo can find a lender with a payment option that’s right for you.

Titlelo works for our customers, not lenders. We offer personable customer service and will take the time to answer any questions you have. Once we learn more about you, we can help find the perfect lender. Compared to other loan brokers, we are as flexible as they come! We will help you secure a loan no matter how old your vehicle is, its mileage, or the amount of equity it currently has. We can even help you find a lender for a second-lien on your vehicle (if it is not currently paid off).

No car insurance required for auto title loans in Little Eagle, SD.

While most states require car insurance for every vehicle on the road, not all do. Even within a state that requires car insurance, an out-of-service vehicle could have had its policy terminated months or even years ago (why insure it if it isn't going anywhere?). If you would like a title loan for a vehicle that is uninsured, Titlelo can find the perfect lender for you.

Lenders have different requirements, including specifications for the vehicle to be pre-qualified for a loan, but Titlelo handles that for you. Instead of searching endlessly for lenders offering title loans for uninsured cars that meet your preferences, simply fill out a quick application and let us be your matchmaker.

South Dakota title loan laws

Title loans in South Dakota are legal. However, there are no regulations on the amount that a borrower can ask for in exchange for the vehicle title. As of the moment, there is also no cap on the interest rates for title loans. This means lenders can charge whatever interest rate the company deems fit.

Requirements:

Borrowers in Little Eagle must be at least 18 years old. The borrower must supply basic personal information like the full name, current address, and zip code. Details about the vehicle, like the VIN, make, model and mileage, are also required. The lender has the right to inspect the car before setting up the loan agreement.

Loan Extensions:

Title loans in Little Eagle, SD can be renewed for up to four times. This means if the borrower wasn’t able to repay the principal loan amount plus interest on the loan’s maturity date, extensions are available.

After the fourth renewal, in some circumstances, the lender can either offer four more renewals or declare a default. If the borrower chooses to renew the agreement, at least 10% of the original principal loan amount plus the finance charges that are due must be paid off.

Repossessions:

If the borrower fails to repay the loan on its maturity date, the lender can seize the vehicle. Under the South Dakota laws, the lender is not obligated to notify the borrower before the repossession of the car takes place. However, the lender is required to send a notice via mail explaining how the borrower can retrieve the vehicle. The borrower has the right to get the car back only if all the unpaid dues are settled.

If the lender is to auction the repossessed car, the borrower will be informed through mail. If no settlement is made before the sale, the lender can sell the vehicle to anyone. Proceeds from the sale will be directed to paying off the loan. The borrower will receive the remaining balance if there’s any. Note that even if the borrower files for bankruptcy, the vehicle can still be repossessed.
