Titlelo has simplified the loan process into two clicks (or taps) on our website. No lengthy documentation, credit reports, or employment check. Submit a short application and receive your pre-approval in seconds.
Titlelo will pair you with a lender that offers the best terms and rates for you. As long as you are at least 18 years of age and have a vehicle title in your name, we can offer options to secure a loan. Titlelo has no restrictions on the age or mileage of the vehicle, and we do not require the VIN for pre-approval. The loan amount will be dependent on the value of the car, rather than credit history, and you can borrow all or some of the approved amount.
Making ends meet is hard enough. What happens when you just can't do it? Both unexpected expenses and planned events, like holidays, birthdays, and back-to-school can all throw a budget off just enough to put a bill (or bills) in jeopardy. A short-term loan can provide you with the money you need to keep your bills current while addressing your additional expenses.
When you need cash, but do not want to open a new line of credit, a title loan can be the perfect solution. Your loan amount will depend on the value of your car, which will be determined by an inspection by the lender you choose. Titlelo helps you compare lenders and select the one with the best rate and options for you.
Unless you receive your funds via direct deposit, there will be no reason to process your bank account information. It is not required to process your loan, and we respect that you may not want to share this information. Titlelo protects customer data, but the safest place for it is to remain with you.
To apply, you will need to provide only basic information about yourself and your vehicle to Titlelo. There may be more documentation required by the lender to process the loan and disburse funds, including a valid government-issued ID, the title to the vehicle, and proof of income. Some lenders will request proof of address, proof of registration, or proof of insurance (but not always).
While most states require car insurance for every vehicle on the road, not all do. Even within a state that requires car insurance, an out-of-service vehicle could have had its policy terminated months or even years ago (why insure it if it isn't going anywhere?). If you would like a title loan for a vehicle that is uninsured, Titlelo can find the perfect lender for you.
Lenders have different requirements, including specifications for the vehicle to be pre-qualified for a loan, but Titlelo handles that for you. Instead of searching endlessly for lenders offering title loans for uninsured cars that meet your preferences, simply fill out a quick application and let us be your matchmaker.
If you have researched title loans before, you know there can be strict requirements for the vehicle: mileage, equity, and age. Many lenders will not consider a car that is more than ten years old, but cars retain value for most of their lives. Titlelo works hard to select quality lenders near Homeland Park that have different requirements and loan processes for this very reason. Even if you have an older model, we can still match you with a lender that offers competitive rates without disqualifying your vehicle for age.
Lenders in South Carolina may also require additional documentation, such as the title of the vehicle, proof of registration and proof of insurance (but not always). The loan amount will be based on the actual value of the car as determined by the lender's inspection.
Applying for car title loans online shouldn't be difficult. Complete our simple online application and enter basic information about yourself and your vehicle. Once you're pre-approved, one of our friendly experts will contact you.

South Carolina is one of the few US states that openly allows short-term title loans. Under the SC laws, the lender is mandated to offer the borrower a principal loan amount equal to or less than the current market value of the vehicle. As such, the lender needs to appraise the car before an offer is made.
The average range of loan amounts in South Carolina is between $601 and $2500. Most lenders restrict the amount offered to over $600. This is mainly because the maximum interest rate laws apply to loans below $600.
South Carolina also allows a one-day void policy on all short-term loans. This means the borrower has 24 hours – from the moment agreement was contracted until the end of the next business day – to void the loan agreement. If the borrower decides to apply the policy, the principal loan amount must be returned to the lender. There will be no interest rate charged if the money is returned within the policy time frame.
As in most states, the borrowers in Homeland Park need to present personal information and vehicle details to the lender before the signing of the agreement. The borrower must also be at least 18 years of age and the outright owner of the vehicle.
Title loans in Homeland Park, SC are generally set up over a 30-day term. At the end of the month, the principal loan amount and the interest rate must be settled. If the borrower fails to do so, the lender can offer a renewal period of one additional month. For the extension, the borrower must pay the interest accrued on the first month of the loan. In South Carolina, the lender can offer extensions for six renewal periods for the title loan. The combined terms of extensions must not exceed 240 days.
If the borrower fails to repay the title loan, the lender has the right to repossess the vehicle. Typically, the lender has either a spare key of the car or a GPS tracker in the vehicle. This enables the lender to locate the vehicle when it’s to be repossessed.
There is no need for a judicial order to repossess a car. However, the lender needs to adhere to a few requirements. Some of these rules include using no force when getting the vehicle. There shouldn’t be any trespassing or any other breach of peace.
