Kelso title loans online.

No invasive application, no waiting: just a quick online form that will provide you with instant pre-approval. Though our site is encrypted and safe to process your personal data, we don't want to ask for anything we don't need. When you are ready for pre-approval, submit the following information:

  • Your Name, Email, Telephone, Date of Birth
  • Your address
  • Your Vehicle Information (make, model, year, mileage, etc.)

After selecting "Get Approved," you will be pre-qualified in seconds. If you have any questions before, during, or after your application, live representatives are available to help. Your final loan amount will be based on the car's value, as determined by the inspection from the lender. Following this appraisal, your loan will be reviewed, and funds could be disbursed immediately upon approval. If you have selected direct deposit to receive your loan, you can have access to these funds the same day.

Competitive interest rates for everyone in Kelso.

A secured loan, like Kelso title loans, is a great option to keep interest rates low, especially for people who may not have the best credit score. An unsecured loan relies on a person's credit history to determine their interest rate, so low credit will often equal a high rate. Since auto title loans are secured by your vehicle, the lender incurs less risk and can then offer lower rates to these applicants (without a credit check).

Even though secured loans usually have lower interest rates, that still doesn't guarantee a competitive rate for your loan. Titlelo works with multiple lenders to ensure you get the very best rates available and loan amounts are based on the value of your vehicle, rather than your credit history. Within seconds, you can be pre-approved for a title loan by entering basic information about yourself and your car.

Refinance your current Kelso title loan with Titlelo.

If you have a title loan in Kelso but are unhappy with the interest rates or even the customer service, Titlelo can find a new lender to refinance your loan. After learning more about your current loan and vehicle, we will connect you with a lender that will offer better rates and a better experience.

When a loan is refinanced, the old debt is paid off by the new lender and a new loan is created to replace the old one. The new lender will then have rights to the vehicle in case of a default on the loan. The lien on the vehicle (rights to possession in the case of a default) is transferred from the old lender to the new one with the new loan.

Refinancing is a great opportunity to shop for new rates and lenders, but it can be difficult to locate a credible company fast enough to satisfy your needs. Titlelo can match you with a new lender in minutes and lower your rates for good.

Kiss your money problems goodbye.

Making ends meet is hard enough. What happens when you just can't do it? Both unexpected expenses and planned events, like holidays, birthdays, and back-to-school can all throw a budget off just enough to put a bill (or bills) in jeopardy. A short-term loan can provide you with the money you need to keep your bills current while addressing your additional expenses.

When you need cash, but do not want to open a new line of credit, a title loan can be the perfect solution. Your loan amount will depend on the value of your car, which will be determined by an inspection by the lender you choose. Titlelo helps you compare lenders and select the one with the best rate and options for you.

Flexible loan terms that are right for you.

Car title loans are short-term loans that are typically paid off within one month, though this does not have to be the case. Finding flexibility for this among lenders can be a challenge, and many also charge fees for early payments. Applying for a loan through Titlelo enables you to locate the lenders that offer the flexibility you need quickly.

Titlelo makes sure you work with a lender that works with you. We work mostly with lenders that do not charge prepayment fees, placing more control in your hands. Payments for title loans can be extended beyond one month, and we can find a lender who will provide this option at a competitive rate.

Missouri title loan laws

There is a $5000 limit for each title loan in the State of Missouri. However, under the Missouri Revised Statue 367.500, there is no maximum amount on the interest rates charged on these loans. This means the interest rates in Missouri is generally high. A standard rate for a title loan is 25% per month. The average length of a title loan in Missouri is eight months.

Requirements:

All borrowers in Kelso must be at least 18 years old. The borrower must also present paperwork about the vehicle (title, registration, insurance, etc.) as well as current personal contact details. The lender has the right to do a brief vehicle inspection to guarantee that there’s nothing wrong with the car and to make any necessary adjustments to previous quotes.

Loan Extensions:

Title loans in Kelso, MO can only be rolled over to the next month twice. When rolling over, the borrower must pay for the interest and give enough payment to pull the remaining principal amount down by 10%.

Repossessions:

Missouri law requires the lender to wait for at least ten days after the payment due date before sending a Notice of Default and Right to Cure to the borrower. If the balance is paid by the last payment day, the lender must honor the contract as normal.

After sending the notice, the lender must give the borrower a 20-day grace period to make the payment. If the borrower made a payment but is ten days delayed for the subsequent payment, the lender must send another notice in the mail. For the second notice, the borrower gets another 20-day grace period. When no payment is made for both notes, the lender can repossess and sell the vehicle.

Once the car is sold, the lender can get the unpaid balance and additional fees from the sale amount. But, before the sale, the lender must send another notice (Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property) to the borrower. The notice must include the date, time, and location of the auction. The borrower is also allowed to join the auction. If there is a deficit after the sale, the lender must inform the borrower of the unpaid dues.
