Get peace of mind in minutes.

Over a decade ago, the American Psychological Association began surveying people regarding their stress levels. They consistently found that money and finances are the #1 reported stressor. They also concluded that stress resulting from financial concerns could directly impact the overall health and well-being of Americans.

Stress is regularly discussed in health sources as a contributor to diseases and disorders that range from headaches to heart attacks. It is important to manage stress and remain calm, even when faced with extreme difficulties.

Having an advocate work on your behalf to determine the best loan for you can save you time and ease your stress. Titlelo only requires brief information about you and your car to pre-approve you for a loan. We have live representatives available to chat or answer your call Monday through Sunday from 8 am - 10 pm. Whether you just have a few questions or you are ready to shop for a lender, we can help!

Competitive interest rates for everyone in Derma.

A secured loan, like Derma title loans, is a great option to keep interest rates low, especially for people who may not have the best credit score. An unsecured loan relies on a person's credit history to determine their interest rate, so low credit will often equal a high rate. Since auto title loans are secured by your vehicle, the lender incurs less risk and can then offer lower rates to these applicants (without a credit check).

Even though secured loans usually have lower interest rates, that still doesn't guarantee a competitive rate for your loan. Titlelo works with multiple lenders to ensure you get the very best rates available and loan amounts are based on the value of your vehicle, rather than your credit history. Within seconds, you can be pre-approved for a title loan by entering basic information about yourself and your car.

Kiss your money problems goodbye.

Making ends meet is hard enough. What happens when you just can't do it? Both unexpected expenses and planned events, like holidays, birthdays, and back-to-school can all throw a budget off just enough to put a bill (or bills) in jeopardy. A short-term loan can provide you with the money you need to keep your bills current while addressing your additional expenses.

When you need cash, but do not want to open a new line of credit, a title loan can be the perfect solution. Your loan amount will depend on the value of your car, which will be determined by an inspection by the lender you choose. Titlelo helps you compare lenders and select the one with the best rate and options for you.

Keep your car while you pay your loan.

Getting cash for your title in Derma is a great way to keep "business as usual" while working to support all of your expenses. Even though your car is used as collateral for your loan, you never relinquish possession of it. This is not the case with auto pawn loans, which do require possession of your vehicle while using it as collateral on your loan.

Your mode of transportation is crucial to both your quality of life and financial success. With a title loan, you can continue driving to work and school, pick up and drop off kids, and run errands while managing your loan payments.

Depending on your desired loan amount and preferred payment schedule, you could have the loan paid off within one month. Some may need a little longer, and in those cases, it is even more necessary to retain access to a vehicle while earning income to manage expenses. Whether you wish to pay the loan off quickly or in installments, Titlelo can find a lender with a payment option that’s right for you.

Still making payments on your car? No problem.

If your car is not yet paid off, but you still would like to take out a title loan, Titlelo can work with you to find a solution. A title loan on a vehicle with an already-active loan would be referred to as a second-lien on the vehicle. A lien is the legal right of possession over property until another party pays off a debt.

Though Titlelo does not recommend this kind of loan, as it is considered a high-risk loan, we want to empower you to make the best decision for your situation. We can discuss all of your options and provide you with our professional recommendations, but at the end of the day, we will connect you with the lender you choose. Titlelo has worked hard to build relationships with lenders that offer these special loans while still maintaining an excellent reputation.

Mississippi title loan laws

In Mississippi, the maximum interest rate that lenders can charge on title loans is 25% per month. As per Mississippi law, the limit for these loans is $2500. However, the maximum amount the borrower can get from a lender will highly depend on the current market value of the borrower’s car.

Requirements:

Title loan borrowers in Derma, MS must provide identification information and vehicle details to the lender. Personal info includes the borrower’s full name, date of birth, SSN, and a physical description. The vehicle details include its make, model, mileage, VIN, and the license plate numbers.

Loan Extensions:

Mississippi laws set a standard 30-day term. If the borrower is unable to repay the title loan on the payment due date, the borrower can extend their credit for another 30 days. For an extension or rollover, the borrower needs to pay at least 10% of the principal in addition to paying the interest on the original loan.

Repossessions:

In Derma, lenders can repossess the car immediately after the borrower defaults on the title loan. However, the lender still needs to follow the state’s towing regulations.

The law also provides the borrower with the right to cure. This means the borrower can catch up on payments to prevent the vehicle from being repossessed or sold. The lender is obligated to give the borrower a 30-day period after the last due date of the loan, or three days before the vehicle is repossessed.

When repossession ensues, the lender must send a notification via mail stating the amount the borrower needs to settle to prevent the car from being sold. The note should also indicate when the vehicle is going to be auctioned. The amount the borrower needs to pay to get the vehicle back includes the principal loan as well as any outstanding interest and fees the lender incurred.

If the vehicle is sold, the lender can recoup the unpaid balance and fees from the sales amount. Mississippi laws restrict lenders to go after the borrower for any sales deficiency. If the sales amount is insufficient to pay off the outstanding balance on the loan, the lender can’t charge the borrower with the balance.
