We do all the hard work so you don't have to.

Are you looking for a reputable lender near you? Titlelo can narrow down your search in seconds. Tell us a little about yourself, your car, and what you need and we'll take it from there. No endless googling and no questions about quality: we do all the research for you, and we only work with the best title lenders in East Peoria!

Selecting short-term financing of any kind can be overwhelming, and the amount of paperwork can become frustrating. To compare rates, you would need to provide your personal information to each lender you would like to review. In contrast, Titlelo only asks what we need to know, and then we give that information to the lenders that will work best for you. You only have to provide your information once, and Titlelo will take care of the rest.

Keep your car while you pay your loan.

Getting cash for your title in East Peoria is a great way to keep "business as usual" while working to support all of your expenses. Even though your car is used as collateral for your loan, you never relinquish possession of it. This is not the case with auto pawn loans, which do require possession of your vehicle while using it as collateral on your loan.

Your mode of transportation is crucial to both your quality of life and financial success. With a title loan, you can continue driving to work and school, pick up and drop off kids, and run errands while managing your loan payments.

Depending on your desired loan amount and preferred payment schedule, you could have the loan paid off within one month. Some may need a little longer, and in those cases, it is even more necessary to retain access to a vehicle while earning income to manage expenses. Whether you wish to pay the loan off quickly or in installments, Titlelo can find a lender with a payment option that’s right for you.

No credit checks required for East Peoria title loans.

When you’re in need of quick cash, it may not make sense to open a new line of credit. Consumers who are rebuilding their credit or planning for an upcoming purchase may not even want a credit check to appear on their credit report (not to mention in their FICO score). A car title loan is a great solution for short-term financing with no credit check required.

Titlelo offers personalized service to select a lender that offers competitive rates with the flexibility you need. Our online pre-approval process allows you to receive a quote after providing just basic information about yourself and your vehicle. This information only has to be entered once to review offers from multiple lenders.

To approve your loan and disburse funds, some lenders may require additional documentation, like a valid government-issued I.D. and proof of income. If you have additional questions about the requirements of lenders, Titlelo can help you via our online chat or phone.

No car insurance required for auto title loans in East Peoria, IL.

While most states require car insurance for every vehicle on the road, not all do. Even within a state that requires car insurance, an out-of-service vehicle could have had its policy terminated months or even years ago (why insure it if it isn't going anywhere?). If you would like a title loan for a vehicle that is uninsured, Titlelo can find the perfect lender for you.

Lenders have different requirements, including specifications for the vehicle to be pre-qualified for a loan, but Titlelo handles that for you. Instead of searching endlessly for lenders offering title loans for uninsured cars that meet your preferences, simply fill out a quick application and let us be your matchmaker.

Titlelo is on your side.

We work for you, not a lender. Titlelo offers customized solutions for people who need a loan fast. Rather than telling you what options you have, we listen to your needs and provide recommendations based on the lenders that offer what you want. Titlelo will strive to find a lender that matches your requirements.

Illinois title loan laws

Under the Illinois title loans law, the amount of money a borrower can finance is capped at $4000. However, there’s no guarantee that a creditor will loan the maximum amount. The sum of money the borrower can ask for depends on different variables. These include the borrower’s income, the value of the car, the requested amount of the loan, and the terms of the loan.

The monthly payment on a title loan can’t go over 50% of the borrower’s gross monthly income. The borrower can pay off the loan earlier than the due date to avoid incurring additional interest charges. When the balance is paid off, the lender is required to release liens and return the title within 24 hours. If the last payment is a check, the lender can wait for the check to be cleared for up to five business days.

Requirements:

All borrowers in East Peoria, IL must have a physical copy of the title of the vehicle to take out a loan. The borrower must also present personal details like full legal name, contact number, and current address, as well as vehicle information like its make, model, and mileage. The lender will also need the borrower to present a check stub from an employer or any proof to verify the latter’s income.

Loan Extensions:

Before repossession, the borrower has the chance to catch up on missed payments or pay off the unpaid balance. Catching up on payments is only possible if 30% of the original loan balance has already been paid off.

Under certain situations, the borrower has the option to refinance the title loan. The borrower needs to have paid at least 20% of the original loan amount for the refinance to take place. The lender has the right to upsurge the interest rate for the new loan. Additional fees may also appear on the new loan agreement.

Repossessions:

If the borrower is unable to repay the title loan according to the terms of the agreement, the lender could take away the vehicle. Repossession also happens when the borrower violates the terms of the loan agreement. The lender may sell the car and get the unpaid loan balance from the sale of the car.

The lender has the right to take out any reasonable fees related to the repossessing of the vehicle. What’s left of the sale money will be given to the borrower. If the amount of the car is insufficient to cover the outstanding balance, the lender can sue the borrower for the unpaid balance of the loan.

The lender is required to inform the borrower that the vehicle is about to be repossessed. This provides the borrower time to clean out all personal belongings inside the vehicle.
