Pay how and when you want.

Working with Titlelo will fast-track you to a lender with the loan that works best for you. Most Roanoke title loan lenders will provide options to make payments online or by phone, and some lenders will have a physical location. Even without a bank account, you can still pay some lenders with a money transfer (i.e., Western Union or Moneygram).

Want to make early payments? Great! We can also make sure we get you paired with a lender that does not charge prepayment fees.

Since you do not have to commit to a title lender before receiving a quote, you can consider your options and use Titlelo's experts for guidance. A lender with a competitive rate may not offer the flexibility you need, but starting the process over can be daunting. Titlelo compares lenders, rates, and payment options upfront so you can work with a company that lets you pay how you want.

Keep your car while you pay your loan.

Getting cash for your title in Roanoke is a great way to keep "business as usual" while working to support all of your expenses. Even though your car is used as collateral for your loan, you never relinquish possession of it. This is not the case with auto pawn loans, which do require possession of your vehicle while using it as collateral on your loan.

Your mode of transportation is crucial to both your quality of life and financial success. With a title loan, you can continue driving to work and school, pick up and drop off kids, and run errands while managing your loan payments.

Depending on your desired loan amount and preferred payment schedule, you could have the loan paid off within one month. Some may need a little longer, and in those cases, it is even more necessary to retain access to a vehicle while earning income to manage expenses. Whether you wish to pay the loan off quickly or in installments, Titlelo can find a lender with a payment option that’s right for you.

No extra fees for early payment.

When consumers compare loans, interest rates are usually front and center. Choosing a loan with the best rate is so complicated that there are entire companies (like Titlelo) designed to solve this problem alone. On top of the interest, processing and penalty fees vary widely from lender to lender, and these charges can really add up. Titlelo strives to work with companies that have the most reasonable fees and highlights lenders that do not charge prepayment fees.

Not every lender offers flexible payment options or schedules, but Titlelo works to narrow down your search quickly. Rather than comparing each lender you can find in a web search, fill out a quick application (online or over the phone) and get instant pre-approval. Titlelo works mostly with lenders who do not charge prepayment fees, but if this is an important feature for you, let us know, and we will be sure to find you a loan without these additional charges.

Apply online for a Roanoke title loan.

There are no hidden fees when applying for a loan with Titlelo. Apply online for free and receive instant pre-approval. Titlelo works with numerous lenders and can help customers understand exactly what they are paying on a loan. Each lender is different, and we will help you understand the fees your lender charges. We strive to work with lenders that have reasonable fees: including no prepayment fees. If you are interested in making early payments, we will match you with a lender that does not charge an additional fee.

When applying for pre-approval, provide your name, contact information, and vehicle information. There will be no credit check or employment verification. Your lender will complete an inspection of your vehicle to determine the final loan amount, and they may request additional documentation, like proof of income and a valid government-issued I.D.

Titlelo is on your side.

We work for you, not a lender. Titlelo offers customized solutions for people who need a loan fast. Rather than telling you what options you have, we listen to your needs and provide recommendations based on the lenders that offer what you want. You never have to worry about finding the best rate: we do all the searching for you and narrow your options down to only the most competitive lenders. Titlelo will strive to find a lender that matches your requirements.

Since we work with so many different lenders, we can offer solutions to people in every financial situation. If you have applied for a title loan in Roanoke the past and have been denied, don't be discouraged. There are plenty of lenders that Titlelo can work with to approve your loan.

Alabama title loan laws

The Pawn Shop Act in Alabama covers the regulations regarding title loans. Instead of the usual interest rates charged for title loans in other states, a pawnshop charge is required by title lenders in Roanoke, AL. This amount should cover the expenses, losses, cost, and services rendered by the lender. However, it cannot exceed 25% of the principal amount charged each month.

Should the amount collected exceed the fee stated above, the transaction will then be deemed as void.

Requirements:

All borrowers in Alabama must be of legal age. The borrower also needs to present a valid identification card before the transaction begins. Lenders must have an up-to-date license to provide loan services in the state.

During the transaction, the loan ticket must include the name, address, and date of birth of the borrower. The ticket must also notate the exact date of the pawn or purchase transaction, the ID and ID number presented by the borrower, and the physical description (height, sex, race, etc.) of the borrower. The ticket should also reflect the expiration date of the transaction, the amount of the total cash advanced, the monthly rate and charges, and the amount due.

Loan Extensions:

Lenders in Roanoke, Alabama have the right to forfeit pledged vehicles that are not redeemed after the 30-day grace period. However, the borrower may also request a rollover. In this case, the payment for the amount borrowed as well as the interest will be rolled over to the next month. As for the current month, the borrower may pay only for the interest.

Note, however, that this would mean higher payments when accumulated. For a lot of borrowers, rolling payments over to the next month make it more difficult to catch up, leading to repossession.

Repossessions:

Much like any other loan transaction, pawn loans in Alabama have an expiration period. If the borrower fails to redeem the pledged vehicle on or before the expiry date on the ticket, the lender will still be obligated to hold onto it for another 30 days following the maturity date. The vehicle may be repurchased or redeemed by the borrower within that grace period. However, on top of the payment first agreed for the pledged car, extra charges will be added.

All unredeemed vehicles must be within the pawn shop's premises for at least 21 business days before they are deemed eligible for resale.
