Morris title loans online.

No invasive application, no waiting: just a quick online form that will provide you with instant pre-approval. Though our site is encrypted and safe to process your personal data, we don't want to ask for anything we don't need. When you are ready for pre-approval, submit the following information:

  • Your Name, Email, Telephone, Date of Birth
  • Your address
  • Your Vehicle Information (make, model, year, mileage, etc.)

After selecting "Get Approved," you will be pre-qualified in seconds. If you have any questions before, during, or after your application, live representatives are available to help. Your final loan amount will be based on the car's value, as determined by the inspection from the lender. Following this appraisal, your loan will be reviewed, and funds could be disbursed immediately upon approval. If you have selected direct deposit to receive your loan, you can have access to these funds the same day.

Keep your car while you pay your loan.

Getting cash for your title in Morris is a great way to keep "business as usual" while working to support all of your expenses. Even though your car is used as collateral for your loan, you never relinquish possession of it. This is not the case with auto pawn loans, which do require possession of your vehicle while using it as collateral on your loan.

Your mode of transportation is crucial to both your quality of life and financial success. With a title loan, you can continue driving to work and school, pick up and drop off kids, and run errands while managing your loan payments.

Depending on your desired loan amount and preferred payment schedule, you could have the loan paid off within one month. Some may need a little longer, and in those cases, it is even more necessary to retain access to a vehicle while earning income to manage expenses. Whether you wish to pay the loan off quickly or in installments, Titlelo can find a lender with a payment option that’s right for you.

No bank account required for Morris title loans.

Unless you receive your funds via direct deposit, there will be no reason to process your bank account information. It is not required to process your loan, and we respect that you may not want to share this information. Titlelo protects customer data, but the safest place for it is to remain with you.

To apply, you will need to provide only basic information about yourself and your vehicle to Titlelo. There may be more documentation required by the lender to process the loan and disburse funds, including a valid government-issued ID, the title to the vehicle, and proof of income. Some lenders will request proof of address, proof of registration, or proof of insurance (but not always).

Employment is not necessary for Morris title loans.

Unlike most installment loans and many short-term loans, you do not have to be actively employed to receive a title loan. Lenders will request documentation proving a source of income, but this can include proof of any of the following:

  • Disability or Social Security
  • Child Support or Alimony
  • Unemployment or Self-Employment

Proof of income will not be necessary to pre-qualify you for a title loan Morris, Alabama. If you are not sure whether you have the proper documentation, you can still receive instant pre-approval online or over the phone with just your contact and vehicle information. We will be able to answer any and all questions you have about the loan process, documentation, or fund disbursement.

Alabama title loan laws

The Pawn Shop Act in Alabama covers the regulations regarding title loans. Instead of the usual interest rates charged for title loans in other states, a pawnshop charge is required by title lenders in Morris, AL. This amount should cover the expenses, losses, cost, and services rendered by the lender. However, it cannot exceed 25% of the principal amount charged each month.

Should the amount collected exceed the fee stated above, the transaction will then be deemed as void.

Requirements:

All borrowers in Alabama must be of legal age. The borrower also needs to present a valid identification card before the transaction begins. Lenders must have an up-to-date license to provide loan services in the state.

During the transaction, the loan ticket must include the name, address, and date of birth of the borrower. The ticket must also notate the exact date of the pawn or purchase transaction, the ID and ID number presented by the borrower, and the physical description (height, sex, race, etc.) of the borrower. The ticket should also reflect the expiration date of the transaction, the amount of the total cash advanced, the monthly rate and charges, and the amount due.

Loan Extensions:

Lenders in Morris, Alabama have the right to forfeit pledged vehicles that are not redeemed after the 30-day grace period. However, the borrower may also request a rollover. In this case, the payment for the amount borrowed as well as the interest will be rolled over to the next month. As for the current month, the borrower may pay only for the interest.

Note, however, that this would mean higher payments when accumulated. For a lot of borrowers, rolling payments over to the next month make it more difficult to catch up, leading to repossession.

Repossessions:

Much like any other loan transaction, pawn loans in Alabama have an expiration period. If the borrower fails to redeem the pledged vehicle on or before the expiry date on the ticket, the lender will still be obligated to hold onto it for another 30 days following the maturity date. The vehicle may be repurchased or redeemed by the borrower within that grace period. However, on top of the payment first agreed for the pledged car, extra charges will be added.

All unredeemed vehicles must be within the pawn shop's premises for at least 21 business days before they are deemed eligible for resale.
